All divers and non divers visiting Raja Ampat are required by the regional government to pay an annual entrance fee for the Marine Park.
We provide those upon check-in at the resort. The current fee is Rp 700 000 per adult person (425 000 Rp for Indonesian nationals). Children 12 years and younger are exempt from paying the fee. If guests already have a valid Marine Park permit another fee collection is not necessary if we can record the permit ID.
Local communities in our region have agreed that 2500 hectares of ocean, right next to our resorts, are now 100% protected from all kinds of fishing extending the protection of the Marine Park. Included in this new section are the world’s top dive sites for biodiversity and the abundant aquatic life, such as Cape Kri, Sardines and 10 other great reefs we dive practically every day!
