At Papua Diving Resorts Raja Ampat dive center, we offer our in-house guests training and experiences to suit all levels of ability. PADI Dive Courses available at Papua Diving Resort Raja Ampat dive center include:

Discover Scuba Diving & Reactivate Course: An exploratory dip that allows you to embark  on a professional route with your instructor. A refresher course is also available for divers who haven’t dove in a period of time, and looking to refresh their scuba knowledge.

Open Water Diver Course: The first scuba certification level. A highly-trained PADI Instructor will teach you how to scuba dive in a relaxed, supportive learning environment.

Advanced Open Water Diver Course: Choose from a range of advanced skills. Extend your depth range to 30 meters/ 100ft and choose from a range of advanced skills like: night diving, wreck diving, underwater navigation, and peak buoyancy!

Enriched Air Diver Course: Take advantage of free nitrox throughout the length of your stay and enjoy even longer bottom times. The course can be done in a single morning or afternoon as you learn about the safety precautions of diving with enriched air. Deep Diver Specialty: Extend your depth limit to 40 meters/120 feet.

Dive Excursions With Papua Diving Resorts

Boat Dives: Three daily guided boat dives per day plus an optional night/dusk dive.

Jetty Dives: Guests with the unlimited diving package are invited to dive as much as they like from the jetty. Guests without an unlimited diving package will be charged the regular rate per dive.

Fluorescence Diving: Dive into the night with a specialized blue light and discover the world of psychedelic neon colors, where all the critters and coral glow with hues of pink, orange, green, and blue.

Blackwater Diving: Dive offshore in the open ocean to uncover a diverse range of creatures you have likely never seen before.

As a Raja Ampat Dive Center, Papua Diving Resorts have complete sets  of dive and snorkel  equipment available for rent, including reef hooks and flashlights. All equipment is serviced biannually with our dive tanks and also within hydro testing dates as specified by Indonesian law.

Diving Packages Papua Diving

Our Exploration Package and Unlimited Diving Package come with accommodation and meals included at Sorido Bay Resort or Kri Eco Resort. Both resorts come with their own dedicated Raja Ampat dive center.

Exploration Package inclusions: Special excursions, snorkeling on the house reef with black tip reef sharks, use of sea kayaks and stand-up paddleboards,  boat transfers from Sorong, all meals, coffee and tea, fast WiFi, and laundry service.

Unlimited Diving Package comes with everything in the Exploration Package, plus: 3 dives each day, with a maximum of 4 dives per day. Includes a special full-day excursion with the possibility to snorkel and/or do 2 dives, unlimited diving + air/nitrox cylinder + weights (free nitrox for certified divers), 3 guided boat dives + 1 additional dusk or night dive per day.
